A luxurious Palazzo Villas at Rio, an off-Strip hotel-casino, has reopened its doors to the public after undergoing a property-wide transformation.

Previously closed in 2019 under the ownership of Caesars Entertainment, the Palazzo Villas have been reintroduced by new owners Dreamscape Cos. This fall, the stunning “palatial living spaces” have made a comeback, offering guests an array of lavish amenities. Ranging from 4,000 to 13,950 square feet, the villas feature private entrances, media rooms, formal dining areas, and other luxurious accommodations designed to cater to various events and gatherings.

Available in one-, three-, and six-bedroom layouts, these exquisite villas provide the ultimate in opulent living. The three-bedroom villas can accommodate up to six guests and boast a dining area that can seat up to 14 people. Additionally, guests will find a steam room in the shower, a salon room, and a massage room within the villa. For those seeking even grander accommodations, the six-bedroom villa offers the same amenities but with double the capacity, ensuring a truly luxurious experience for all who stay.

Dreamscape Cos. assumed operations of the property in October 2023 and wasted no time in embarking on a massive $350 million redevelopment project. The first phase of this ambitious endeavor has recently been completed, which included a complete remodeling of the casino floor, 2,500 guest rooms, meeting and convention space, pools, and a six-stall food hall. The exterior of the property has also undergone significant enhancements, further elevating the overall guest experience at Rio.
