Las Vegas is known for embracing food trends with full force, and the latest trend to take the city by storm is the rise of food halls. Via Via is the newest addition to the lineup of food halls in Las Vegas, set to open in mid-2025 at The Venetian.
The announcement of Via Via listed eight purveyors that will be part of the food hall, each bringing their own unique flavors and offerings. All’Antico Vinaio, a Florentine sandwich shop known for its delicious schiacciata sandwiches, is one of the highlighted vendors. B.S. Taqueria, founded by chef Ray Garcia, will be serving up tasty tacos with a twist. Close Company, from the founders of Death & Co. bar, will be making its West Coast debut at Via Via.
Howlin’ Ray’s will be bringing the heat with their Nashville hot chicken, while Ivan Ramen will offer up flavorful ramen dishes with a playful twist. Scarr’s Pizza, known for their delicious pies in New York City, will also be on the menu. Turkey and the Wolf and Molly’s Rise and Shine, two New Orleans restaurants from acclaimed chef Mason Hereford, will be showcasing their unique and innovative dishes at Via Via.
Turkey and the Wolf, named the best new U.S. restaurant of 2017 by Bon AppĂ©tit, offers dishes like an empanada stuffed with chicken pot pie. Molly’s Rise and Shine, recognized as one of America’s 10 best new restaurants in 2020 by Food & Wine, serves up roasted carrot yogurt and creative biscuit sandwiches.
Las Vegas continues to evolve as a food destination, and Via Via is sure to be a welcome addition to the city’s culinary scene. For more information, contact Johnathan L. Wright at jwright@reviewjournal.com and follow @JLWTaste on Instagram.
